APPLE is bringing YouTube support to AppleTV in June. Select videos will be added at first, with the entire YouTube catalog available by fall. No advertising will be seen initially.
THE OXYGEN NETWORK is planning to sell ad time via the THE ONLINE MEDIA EXCHANGE. Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Home Depot will purchase time through the exchange in the next 60 days.
NEWS. CORP. and NBCU are adding more content partners for the planned Internet video initiative. New partners include The Sundance Channel, Oxygen, and TV Guide Broadband.
GOOGLE is rolling out audio ads. Advertisers can purchase spots on radio and have the ad read by professional voice actors. The feature has already been added to some AdWords accounts.
