You are in such denial it's almost laughable. This is exactly why the movie industry is going to get creamed by technology. Instead of fighting change you should be working with it and offering a compelling user experience. You can live in denial if you want, but the movie industry will suffer the same fate as the music industry. Tower and Wherehouse have already filed for Chapter 11 and Blockbuster and Movie Gallery are next. Apple won't save you anymore then iTunes has replaced the lucrative CD revenue that has now been lost. Video has become a commodity just like music has, it's just a few years behind music that's all. 2006 will forever mark the peak of the DVD.
