NBC Universal will replace its top programming executive, Kevin Reilly. Negotiations are in progress to fill the position with "The Office" producer Ben Silverman.

THE FTC has begun its preliminary antitrust investigation of GOOGLE's Doubleclick purchase.

TURNER BROADCASTING's TNT and TBS will stream all episodes from original summer series online. The episodes will be available the day after initial airing, and remain online for one month.

FOX retained the top spot in the 18-49 demographic for the 2006 - 2007 television season, Nielsen data shows. NBC dropped to fourth place.

MYSPACE's new fundraising tool for presidential candidates will allow it to track how much money each candidate receives. MySpace says it has not decided if it will utilize this function.
